The Earth is a uniqueplanet to the universe. It should be the responsibility of every human being to take care of its environment. If the inhabitants of the planet Earth want their common house to be a blooming garden, then they should make efforts to protect it & should learn to live in harmony with the Mother Earth on a genuinely sustainable basis.
Working towards this noble cause , Rainbow Academy organised a Poster Competition on 22nd April 2017 to sensitise students about the need of the hour so that they can look for what can be done in the field of ecology, economics & ethics for the benefit of people and the planet.
Stop Smoking, Start Living"
Rainbow Academy Senior Secondary School Organised an awareness compaign for the students on the occasion of "No Tabacco Dsay". Poster making slogan writing & skits were conducted for the students. A speech was delivered by the Principal to make the students aware of the ill effects of tobacco on health.
Secondary School to inspire and motivate students to learn and think more deeply about a variety of topics which are of great significance. Quizzes provide students platform to practice their general knowledge in an interesting way and will benefit them in their academic front as well as in personal front.
General knowledge cannot be attained standard raises with every question, which increases students curiosity level. Quizzes are an interesting way to stay aware and updated.

To instil and develop the feeling of Patriotism and Nationalism in students, Display Board Activity was conducted by the school on the theme " Kargil Vijay Diwas" on 26th July 2017.
This was an Inter House Activity and a duration of 10 days was given to Houses to decorate their display boards. All the Houses did this activity with enthusiasm and sincerity and came up with beautifully decorated display Boards.
Electricity is very important for day to day lives and the electricity is generated from natural resources, which is limited and the process of generating electricity is harmful to the environment. If there is an unsustainable use of natural resources there will be the imbalance in nature & the day will come when natural resources will finish & there will be no electricity left for future. So it is necessary & the responsibility of each & every one of us to save electricity
Children are the most important facilitators of change as they truly implement ideas and concepts taught in schools in the right spirit and enthusiasm. With this they also ensure that their families follow good habits.
Painting competition was organised by the school under the guidance of the Ministry of Power, the Govt of India so as to sensitise the students about energy conservation.
Hindi Diwas is an annual day celebrated on 14th Sept in India because on this day in 1949, the constituent assembly of India had adopted Hindi Writing in Devanagari script as the official language of the Republic of India.
Rainbow Academy celebrates this day with great enthusiasm to remind the students about their roots. On this day, Poem Writing & Essay Writing was organised by the School. Students actively participated in the activities which shows that "RAINBOVVITES" are very much grounded & are in-sync with their roots
Uttarakhand Formation Day is an annual day celebrated on 9th November. Speech competition & Poster competition was were organised by the school. Senior Students participated in both the competitions and were quite enthusiastic. The competitions were organized by the school to explore and encourage various skills in children and offer them a platform to showcase their talent skills. The children participated earnestly in the competitions. They came up with amazing ideas and creativity. Their efforts and initiative was appreciated by one and all.
Scholastic and co-scholastic activities are equally important for the all-round development of the child. Keeping this in view, RASSS conducted the Fancy Dress Competition for the junior students and the senior students. The purpose of the competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the students by giving them an opportunity to get on the stage and speak in front of an audience. The competition proved to be greatlearning experience for the students and gave them a platform to explore their hidden talents.
